About the role

To further strengthen our efforts, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition partner with the focus to conduct recruitments from A-Z and employer branding activities to support the recruitments. The role also consists of being part in developing attract- and recruit processes on a Nordic level.
About the team
The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you will also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams, communication, marketing and leaders in the business. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. In this role you will be an important business driver and you will continuously have opportunities to set your mark in the organization.

Your ambition is to have a core role in all aspects of leading successful recruitments in our organization. You are self-motivated with a passion for the field of HR. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for creating relations internally and externally. You also have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. Together with HR-colleagues, leaders and other stakeholders you have the curiosity needed to find the best solutions.
You also have:
- Relevant academic/university degree
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle recruitments and with leading high-volume recruitments.
- Experience in search and how to brand the role to the work market
- Experience and interest in using “technical/analysis”-tools within the field of HR
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
