The position will report to Head of Data & Analytics, Finance Technology, and will work cross-functionally with the IT teams both in GBS and in the Business Divisions, and towards business stakeholders.

What will you be some of your responsibilities?

As a process mining manager, you will be leading the work to select, analyze, optimize, monitor, and automate processes in close collaboration with our business process managers (BPM’s), both within GBS and the business divisions. You will contribute to, and establish, frameworks and standards that will support the continuous analysis and improvements of processes, as well as prioritizing and managing projects and projects activities as part of the overall improvement agenda. The right candidate will play a key role to enable data-driven process insights that are critical to understand process performance, bottlenecks, and areas of improvements. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for continuous process improvements, and the use of technology and data to support better business decision making.

Who are you?

You have 5+ years of experience with process mining solutions and technology as well as from leading projects on process improvements and optimization. It’s important that you have experience with Celonis and/or other process mining tools. Experienced in process mining techniques and how they are used across an enterprise's digital transformation lifecycle; discovering, analyzing, design/optimize, automate, and monitoring end-to-end processes and subprocesses. Therefore, it’s also important that you have experience with process optimization tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean Six Sigma, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Process Mining and Business Analysis.

You enjoy working in agile environments and are comfortable iterating quickly and are proficient in English, written and verbal and with excellent communication skills. We also think it’s important that you are analytical, detail oriented and structured.
