Kjersti works with recruitment within IT. She is responsible for customer relations, interviews, testing, comprehensive mapping of candidates, and quality assurance through reference interviews and background checks. She leads the team that works with positions within IT.
Before Kjersti came to Capus, she worked with recruitment/HR in the insurance industry and in the IT industry. She has been involved in building up recruitment processes and has been responsible for all recruitment from A-Z. She has good industry knowledge and has been involved in many HR processes and knows internal HR routines.
Kjersti is characterized as a relationship builder who is very keen to find the customers’ needs and to work closely with all levels to achieve a successful recruitment. She is particularly concerned with good and efficient processes.
