Rebecca is an advisor in research and analysis at Capus, and works a lot with search assignments for the private and public sector. This makes her strong in analysis and methodology. As a consultant, Rebecca is experienced as professional, committed and welcoming. When meeting with a new assignment, she works to get a good overview of the organization and the candidate market so that she can plan the process in a good way to meet the client’s timetable.
For the past four years, Rebecca has worked with the search for candidates in IT and technology for a number of public and private companies. She has recruited managers and specialists for large companies with significant complexity, including the Police, Power, Felleskjøpet, Entur, and Red Hat. She has acquired a good knowledge of the candidate market for IT positions across the country.
As a number of the assignments she has worked on are for public enterprises, Rebecca has a good knowledge of the special rules for recruitment in the public sector, and the requirements for documentation, process and exemptions from the public applicant list.
