Baard Storsveen has worked with the recruitment of managers and senior managers in the public and private sectors since 1995. Through key partners and a broad network, he ensures that customers have access to the market’s best resources. Baard conducts management searches throughout the country and internationally. He manages Capus’ collaboration with the international network Transearch International. Baard also has experience from developing management teams and has taught public and private companies in interview methods since 1997. In addition, he carries out board evaluations and gives lectures on management.
