Maria is a Research and Analysis Consultant at Capus, and mainly works with the recruitment of managers and specialists for the IT sector. She is part of the team that has a particular focus on positions within the IT sector, both administrative and specialist positions. Maria has acquired a good knowledge of the public sector and knows the current rules for appointments in this sector.
Maria has completed a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Høyskolen Kristiania in Oslo. She has also completed a year’s study in Psychology at NTNU in Trondheim. Alongside her studies and work, Maria has engaged in voluntary positions in, among others, Girl Geek Dinners Oslo, Future Leaders Global and the TENK tech network for women.
