Micaela has been involved in numerous executive recruitments within the construction and civil engineering industry since the inception of Capus. She has also recruited for energy and technology-oriented companies, focusing on specialist and engineering roles. Additionally, she has played a role in recruitments within the life sciences sector, including positions such as Team Lead Quality Control, Processing Engineer, and Automation Engineer.

In her role as a headhunter, she primarily works on identifying and attracting candidates according to the client’s specifications. She has also independently managed recruitment assignments from start to completion. Micaela has a knack for finding what is sought after through strong determination and patience. She doesn’t give up until the assignment is filled to the satisfaction of the clients.
