Thomas has over 21 years of experience in complex recruitments, both nationally and internationally. He primarily focuses on recruiting for specialist and staff positions, as well as management roles across various sectors. Thomas often recruits for leadership and specialist positions, both within Sweden and internationally, utilizing search/headhunting and advertising methods. He is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the demands placed on a modern leader today.
His extensive experience in numerous recruitments, including in energy, infrastructure, and construction, makes him well-suited for recruitments in both specialist and leadership roles within many organizations. Over the years, he has conducted numerous assessments for key positions and, with his experience, has built a broad network. In addition to his role as a recruitment consultant, Thomas also serves as the CEO of our operations in Sweden.
