We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled person to develop and lead the Axess Academy. The Axess Academy will oversee all training and development programs within Axess Groups entities and locations in 19 countries. The Director of Axess Academy is a new role in Axess Group.

 

Today the Axess Group conducts training in many fields, and has recently built an e-learning platform, but most of our traning is conducted out in the field. It is of vital importance that our work meets the highest standard both in quality and security. As the company continues to grow in several sectors, there is an increasing need to structure and professionalize training across the group and within all competency areas.

You will get the chance to develop training modules for our employees in collaboration with our subject matter experts. Ultimately, you will be a vital contributor to ensure that Axess Group has the knowledge, experience, and skills to make informed decisions to solve problems efficiently. The position reports to CPOO (Chief People and Operational excellence Officer). 

 

Key accountabilities

  • Prepare and execute the strategy for Axess Academy to effectively deliver the necessary training for the organisation

  • Manage Axess Academy, including budgets, and coordinate between different entities in Axess Group

  • Take responsibility to build and develop employee training and development programs from pre-boarding through all career development phases

  • Take responsibility to develop the competence for the entire organization

  • Evaluate performance of Axess Academy and implement actions


Qualifications


  • Passion in life and passion at work

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

  • Strong written and verbal English language skills

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree or similar

  • Experience in building, managing and organising systems and activities in a corporate and global environment


 

Workplace:

Primarily one of Axess Group office locations in Norway, but one of our international offices in UK, Americas, Africa, or APAC can be an alternative. The working language is English.
