A significant proportion of our consultants are DNV-certified recruitment personnel, and the professional theory the certification is based upon is implemented in all our recruitment processes. Our methodology can thus be summarized as a combination of solid experience and professional theory. Capus aims for all employees to be certified in the DNV-certified test tool Cut-e.

At Capus, we take information security and privacy seriously. We are therefore certified according to ISO 27001, the world’s most recognized standard for information security.

ISO 27001 sets requirements for how we establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve our management system for information security. Our information security guidelines include measures that help protect values, information, and the ability to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Capus therefore has a high level of IT security. We are GDPR-compliant and ensure the confidentiality of customers and candidates, as well as being able to document adequate and legally required security of all physical and electronic information.

Our premises in Pilestredet 8, centrally located in Oslo, are tailor-made with regard to security and discretion. We have strict visitor routines that include access control and separate waiting rooms. Taking care of all our visitors is important.
