Join our team as an LMS Solutions Specialist!
Glamox MOW (Marine, Offshore & Wind) designs and delivers lighting and control systems across commercial marine, offshore operations, and renewable energy projects - from workboat fleets and support vessels to platform upgrades and wind farm installations. Our systems are engineered for demanding maritime and offshore environments where reliability matters, whether you're powering a fishing vessel, an offshore platform, or a renewable energy installation.
Solutions is the commercial and technical team that turns market opportunities into won projects. We combine engineering expertise with sharp customer engagement to win business in the early phases - from initial customer contact through concept design and tender submission. In this role, you'll architect and sell competitive system concepts, engage directly with customers and consultants to understand their needs, support the sales team on tenders and customer meetings, and shape how we position our solutions in marine and offshore markets. You'll work across a wide range of customer types and project sizes, and your early-phase work directly determines whether we win the deal.
We are looking for two commercially driven and technically capable LMS Solutions Specialists to help grow our Lighting Management Systems (LMS) business. These roles combine customer engagement, technical sales support, and business development, working closely with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and our internal sales teams to deliver competitive, value-driven lighting control solutions.
If you enjoy building relationships, developing technical solutions, and influencing commercial success, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: Oslo, Molde or Ålesund.
