Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Axess Group’s Quality, Health, and Safety (HSEQ) performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulations.
- Develop and maintain the Group’s HSEQ strategy, facilitating global governance and ensuring effective management systems.
- Strengthen and improve the Group’s HSEQ culture, acting as a strong ambassador of our core values.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, reporting HSEQ performance to stakeholders.
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to Group Management on HSEQ matters.
Qualifications and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and demonstrate a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience. This experience should include leadership roles within a global corporate environment, with a strong emphasis on operational and commercial expertise. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing systems, processes, and governance frameworks to drive organizational success. Additionally, they should exhibit a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance strategic vision and attention to detail. Flexibility to work across different time zones and a willingness to travel to Axess’ worksites and offices worldwide are essential for this role.
