About the role: Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you are an essential part of the sales team and play a key role in the sales process. Your responsibilities include:

• Consulting with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Quinyx can add value.
• Designing solution strategies, presenting them through product demonstrations, and defining the high-level solution scope.
• Supporting the sales team from a technical perspective and influencing C-level executives.
• Collaborating closely with Product, R&D, and Professional Services teams to provide feedback and input on product development.
• Preparing RFI/RFP submissions and responding to security questionnaires.
• Continuously developing your knowledge of the Quinyx product and industry trends.

Who are we looking for?

• A dynamic and engaging communicator with strong influencing skills, particularly with C-level executives.
• Experience in diagnosing complex business challenges and leading solution design processes.
• A background in Workforce Management, HCM, Task Management, Payroll, LMS, or other SaaS software.
• A passion for supporting our mission to improve the work lives of frontline employees.
• A curious mindset and a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.
• A strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in technology.
• Fluency in Norwegian.
