(Senior) Software Developer – C++ / Python

At Innova AS, you’ll join a small, skilled, and agile development team building software solutions for web, desktop, and embedded systems. We work in an Agile/Scrum environment with short decision-making paths and real influence on the projects we deliver.
Develop, implement, maintain, and test software across embedded, desktop, and web platforms.
Work closely with the hardware team to create solutions that work in practice — not just on paper.
Take an active part in planning, estimation, and sprint-based development.
Ensure high code quality, solid structure, and robust architectures.
Experience with C++ and Python.
Hands-on experience developing close to hardware (e.g., embedded systems, robotics, automotive, or other technology-driven industries).
Good understanding of web development, including RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, port-and-adapter architecture, and common communication protocols.
5+ years of software development experience (mid-senior level). Highly motivated junior developers with relevant experience and strong interest are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Enjoy building software that is both technically robust and functionally valuable.
Like working in a small, dedicated team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key.
