Ivar is a digital marketer at Capus, and mainly works with advertising, content production, analysis and design of marketing campaigns in consultation with consultants and clients.
He and the rest of the marketing team work to find the best candidates for both management positions and specialist positions.
Ivar has extensive experience in marketing, social media and the design field and knows how important it is to have the right message in order to meet the right candidates. Through solid insight and a good measurement effect, the campaigns and job advertisements are optimized to achieve the best possible result.
Through certifications from Meta, Linkedin, Snapchat and Google, Ivar has extensive knowledge in the various fields, and has up-to-date knowledge of trends and regulations.
Before joining Capus, Ivar worked with digital marketing within the recruitment and staffing of clinical healthcare personnel.
