The Role
As Head of Advisory & Customer Success, you will join the functional management team, playing a crucial role in building an ambitious, high-performing advisory team that provides unparalleled support to our international clientele. You will be in charge of the following:

• Orchestrating successful onboarding processes and ensuring smooth implementation of our platform for new customers.
• Providing continuous support and guidance, assisting customers, strategizing with financial counterparts, and maximizing the utility of our platform.
• Educating customers about risk and hedging practices related to foreign exchange (FX) and other Over-the-Counter (OTC) instruments.
• Implementing and refining our advisory playbook to ensure client success, retention, and scalable growth.
• Upholding Just’s rigorous standards to maintain data and process integrity, quality, and client trust.
• Compiling data to feed into product development, story-telling and shape our go-to-market strategy.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in either treasury management, CFO / financial risk advisory or  top-tier management consulting.
• Strong business acumen and a systematic approach to solving complex problems with imperfect information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in any of the Nordic languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, our primary language for internal communication

This role is primarily based at Aker's headquarters in Fornebu, Oslo, but hybrid/remote work arrangements are available for the right candidate.
