Kristine leads the team that focuses on recruitment for the public sector, together with partner Peder Lund. She has a particular focus on health services, HR, law and administration.
In recent years, she has recruited managers and specialists for large businesses with considerable complexity. Before coming to Capus, Kristine spent many years in the humanitarian sector where she worked with HR and program development.
Kristine is known to be a confident, analytical and thorough consultant. With a varied portfolio, she quickly settles into new roles and new businesses. In combination with her thoroughness and ability to ensure progress, this ensures successful recruitment processes. She has acquired a good knowledge of the special rules for recruitment in the public sector, and the requirements for documentation, process and exceptions from the public applicant list.
