Andrea holds a prominent role within the organization, where she bears operational responsibility with a particular focus on resource planning, process management and organizational development. Furthermore, she occupies a leading position in project management and for the collaboration between the Norwegian and Swedish markets, with a focus on public procurement and marketing. Andrea has a substantial background in recruitment and has successfully conducted numerous executive and specialist recruitments across a variety of industries like warehouse/logistic, IT and sales. This experience has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process and an exceptional ability to identify competent candidates. In addition to this, Andrea has extensive experience in production and project management and with an expertise in this area, she is an asset when it comes to driving our internal projects and continually improving our operations.
