Arne Henning Underdal-Loktu has worked in recruitment since 2006, with a main focus on technology and commercial roles. He is educated at the Norwegian Army’s Technical School for Electronics, with master’s level studies in management of information technology. After being an officer for several years, he worked with sales, management and marketing of technology solutions. For seven years, Arne had overall responsibility for Intel Corporation in Norway and worked extensively with ICT and the oil sector.
