Bjørn Gjølme has over 25 years of experience from management, ownership and business development in recruitment and staffing companies. He established Capus in 1999 and been CEO and member of the board. Under his leadership, Capus has become one of the country’s largest and most solid recruitment companies, with a focus on continuous process improvement and innovation. As a recruitment consultant, his portfolio is largely linked to various positions within IT management, senior managers, chairmen and board members.
Bjørn is always professional, enthusiastic and solution-oriented when dealing with his relationships. He makes decisions with growth, innovation and strategy in mind, which are among his strongest leadership qualities.
