Erling Lampe has a long and varied experience in recruitment, both administratively and operationally. He has worked with staffing and recruitment since 1998, first on the customer side with sales and budget responsibility, later with responsibility for results and operations. Erling has has recruited for positions within the public sector for several years, with the main emphasis on construction, technical positions and project management. Throughout his career, Erling has built up solid knowledge of the formal framework for recruitment to the public sector.
