Frida is a project coordinator at Capus and is part of the team that specializes in recruitment of managers and senior managers in the public sector. As a project coordinator, Frida helps coordinate recruitment processes, and contributes to anything from search, to prospects and job advertisements, customer and candidate contact, mapping and quality checks of candidates, as well as other administrative tasks.
Frida has completed a master’s degree in political science and has good knowledge of the public sector. In addition, she has also completed a one-year unit in Northern Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in social anthropology. Alongside her studies, Frida has worked as a teaching assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Furthermore, she has previous experience from organizational life and voluntary positions.
