Johannes is a Capus partner, recruiting in the economics, accounting and finance industries. He is responsible for customer relations, interviews, testing, comprehensive mapping of candidates, and quality assurance through reference interviews and background checks. He leads the team working on positions in economics, accounting and finance. Before Johannes came to Capus, he helped build up the recruitment and staffing company Temp Team, where he was responsible for developing the company from being a smaller player with two offices to becoming nationwide with 11 offices. He has also worked for many years in the financial industry, trading in shares and financial instruments.
Johannes is known to understand and analyze the clients’ needs, and then ensure a successful recruitment process. As an advisor, he is committed and solution-oriented.
