Sondre works with recruitment and has experience from both private and public recruitment processes. His portfolio of experience is broad and includes positions within sectors such as technology, logistics, finance, construction and management. Sondre carries out everything from job analyses, design of advertisements, interviews, testing, comprehensive mapping of candidates and quality assurance through reference interviews and background checks.
As a consultant, Sondre is concerned with close dialogue and follow-up with both clients and candidates. He always strives for the processes to feel thorough, structured and efficient for everyone involved. Sondre has previously worked with project management in various consulting companies and as a sergeant in the Norwegian army.
