He has successfully specialized in filling key positions in specialist and managerial roles, as well as leadership roles in various sectors. His recruitment strategies regularly involve the placement of executives and specialists within Sweden and globally, exclusively carried out through executive search to identify the most qualified candidates. Thomas is an experienced leader deeply immersed in the demands of modern leadership. His extensive recruitment experience within sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and construction make him particularly qualified to lead recruitment processes for organizations ranging from specialists to leaders. Over the years, he has conducted many assessments of individuals seeking leadership positions and has established an extensive professional network within his industry. In addition to his work as a recruitment consultant, Thomas also holds the position of CEO for the company’s operations in Sweden and is also the founder of the company.
