Role Summary
As our Senior Digital Hardware Electronics Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the electronic design of our products. From conceptualization to mass production, you'll guide the journey of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll collaborate closely with both software and hardware teams to create designs that are not just functional but revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-layer PCB design projects, including schematic capture and layout.
- Implement communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and USART/UART.
- Conduct circuit and EM signal simulations, focusing on RF antenna design across various technologies (LTE, BLE, WiFi, LoRa, etc.).
- Ensure designs comply with EMI and RED test processes, with an emphasis on high-frequency layouts (e.g., DDR2/3, Ethernet).
- Collaborate with software and hardware designers, serving as the main PCB architect from idea to in-store product.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in multilayer PCB design and layout.
- Familiarity with Altium Designer software.
- Proficiency in circuit and EM signal simulation, including RF antenna design.
- Knowledge of EMI, RED test processes, and high-frequency layout considerations.
- Practical experience with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Soldering and surface mount rework skills are highly beneficial.
- Programming knowledge in C/C++/C#, Java, Python is a plus.
