ABG Sundal Collier (ABGSC) are looking for a skilled and ambitious Data Engineer to help develop and strengthen our data-driven decision support. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports for strategic decision-making 
  • Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to retrieve and transform data 
  • Identify and solve reporting and BI challenges across the business 
  • Participate in and lead data and BI-related projects 
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven workflows across departments 
  • Contribute to the development of our data warehouse and infrastructure

Requirements 
  • 5+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics roles 
  • Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design) 
  • Ability to participate in and lead projects 
  • Contribute to the development of our data warehouse, data infrastructure and AI projects 
  • Solid SQL skills 
  • Understanding of ETL concepts and working with large datasets 
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Platform (e.g. Data Factory) 
  • Ability to identify and translate business needs into technical solutions 
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a senior/lead capacity 

Additional skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Math, etc.) preferred – not required if experience is strong
  • Experience with financial or investment banking data 
  • Python for data wrangling and automation 
  • Familiarity with Databricks, dbt or other modern data stack tools 
  • git version control experience 
  • Understanding data governance and quality 
  • Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
