As our new COO, you will become an important resource in the management team. This is a position where you will have the opportunity to shape the position and influence the company. We believe you are proactive and able to reinforce and shape a solid operational organization to ensure safe and stable operations.

You will have the main responsibility for establishing us in Norway and internationally, industrializing our business, as well as building and manage several departments.

Main responsibilities

• Build and lead our departments: Procurement, Project Management and Operations
• Create a solid operational organization to ensure safe and stable operations
• Operate complex process factories
• Lead the application and establishment process towards authorities, customers, and partners for the industry
• Lead the construction process for the industry and lead project implementation of several facilities in parallel
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to solving these through innovative solutions and efficient processes
• Establish operating organizations at the factories as independent operational and financial units

The ideal candidate will have:

• Leadership experience from multi discipline industries
• Business understanding and experience from industrial operations
• Experience with project management and procurement
• Solid technical insight and experience
• Experience with logistics, reception and distribution of raw materials and distribution of processed products
