If yes, then come and join us! We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a demonstrated track record. 
 
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be a part of the management group in Group Marketing and responsible for managing a small team to deliver an exceptional online user experience to our customers worldwide. You will work closely with other parts of our international organisation to develop and implement digital strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities: 
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy in Glamox – including developing, implementing and overseeing online strategies to increase conversion rate and grow revenue from digital channels. You will lead and manage a team of online specialists who supports website operations, apps, inbound and performance marketing, as well as oversee day-to-day operations, set team targets, and provide performance feedback. To offer a best-in-class online experience for our customers and stakeholders, it is important that you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all our digital interfaces are optimized. You will be working with and overseeing third party agencies including raising tickets and following up on tasks. You will also monitor and analyse data to identify key areas for improvement and generate insights to implement optimization efforts and ensure targets are realised. In addition to this, you have to stay up to date on trends, technologies and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive within online communication and interaction channels.  

Requirements: 
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. They must be adept at building digital marketing capabilities and leading transformation journeys, ideally with international exposure. Adaptability to fast-paced environments is crucial, along with proficiency in web analytics, CRM, and PIM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Optimizely, and InRiver. Demonstrated success in driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) actions is required, alongside fluency in English and Norwegian.
