As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders. You should be comfortable navigating complex systems and adept at aligning people, processes, and resources to achieve shared goals. Effective communication, both oral and written, is critical, as is the ability to represent NFCERT professionally in a variety of contexts.
Experience in cybersecurity, financial services, or related fields is advantageous, as is familiarity with managing organizations in multi-stakeholder environments. A proven track record of driving operational improvements while maintaining a strategic vision will set you apart.

- Member Engagement: Understanding and addressing the diverse needs of 240 member companies, from small enterprises to large organizations, tailoring approaches to suit their unique requirements.
- Data Sharing Initiatives: Leading the next major strategic goal—developing innovative, compliant, and actionable data-sharing solutions to combat financial crime.
- Operational Excellence: Aligning the organization’s operations with the board’s strategic vision, ensuring effective delivery of services and resources.
- External Representation: Advocating for NFCERT’s mission in strategic forums, strengthening relationships with regulators, other organizations, and key stakeholders across the Nordic region.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong partnerships with entities such as Bits, Finans Norge, and national security organizations to achieve shared goals.
- Systemic Understanding: Navigating the intersection of legal frameworks, technological solutions, and operational practices to create holistic and practical outcomes.
- Communication & Influence: Ensuring clear, professional communication internally and externally, and effectively representing NFCERT in various arenas.
