When the application deadline expires, we present the candidates who applied for the position to the manager who has the vacant position. The candidates who are considered most relevant are then invited to an interview.
Those who progress from the first interview often take a digital personality or ability/skills test. After you have completed the test, we will contact you to discuss the results with you. In some cases, we ask the candidates to solve a case, as background for the second interview.
After the second interview, the hiring manager usually decides who will be offered the job. If you are not involved further in the process, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.
